Jorge Estrada..who was a pretty damn good wrestler in his own right but I LOVED Siaki out of all of em.I hate what tha WWE is doing to Jimmy though I like his WCW and ROH stuff I didnt like him as Tajiri's "yakuza" faction though cuz they didnt push him and now they teased him tha tag belts with Shannon awhile ago now its like oh squash him..I mean if they really wanna do something tag him and Kung Funaki together and give em a title run.
After seeing Hall, Nash, and Jarrett back at Turning Point in 2005 use this theme, It turned into one of those songs that kind of....er... "grows" on you to be exact.
It's like when you have nothing to do, this song just pops into your head. Although it's cheesy, it's got it's own little...hm... charm I guess.
Guilty pleasure or not, i dig this theme man. I thought the gimmick was pretty funny, even better when Razor, Diesel, & Double J had the gimmick. Hall wearing that gimmick will always be priceless lol.
To be quite honest, HBK, although both Yang and Jorge Estrada were talented, as Elvises, they were ultimately generic, while Siaki really made the gimmick work. That's what I meant. He was the only ELVIS worth mentioning, not he was the only WRESTLER worth mentioning.
I actually really like this song but it fails for a key reason. The singer sounds nothing like Elvis, which kind of defeats the Elvis impersonator gimmick. It sounds like something The Cramps or Reverand Horton Heat would sing.
Still much better than most Early TNA music not that that's saying anything.
Not really. HTM made it clear that he not only wasn't an Elvis Impersonator, he also had no idea who Elvis was, evidenced in his Theme, which states "Elvis WHO?? He couldn't carry a tune if it had a handle!"
So, you see, this is a truly original and new...
No, just messing with you, of course HTM did this better. Hell, Greg Valentine did it better. The only redeeming thing about this team was Jimmy Yang. Briefly.
