  • There is no need to deep fry it. She could just stuff it after cooking the brinjal in water. After stuffing she could have just added some oil and cooked it like any other sabzi. It can have a crunchy skin just by cooking with some oil in the pan.

    It would have saved a lot of calories which one would get from all that oil..

  • @anirudhn looking at her we can all tell where the oil went!
