  • I expected hollywood crap mindless garbage blood n guts,I know what you mean.but I enjoyed it.I dont think they bastardised the storyline.

could have been much better I agree.lets see what they do if they decide to make another.

  • yo man u need to stop smoking

I want RISE of the planet of the apes part 2.

I want to see the brainy monkeys killing off the humans.

    MONKEY PEWER

  • @kaptainbastard fucking dumb movie

  • @zedosix oh no it wasn't, lol

What planet of the apes film do you think was the best? zedosix.

  • @kaptainbastard I saw the first one when I was a kid, it seemed surreal, this was hollywood crap at its best. I hated it, in fact thought we picked up the wrong movie. The young girl said " the orginal actor is in it", ya sure. She wasn't even born when these movies started. Yawn.....

  • This is my favorite movie ever! When I saw that it was on DVD I freaked out! Can't wait for Christmas!

  • I guess apes aren't the only people that Malfoy bullies

  • This is pretty much the laziest reviewer ever. The majority of this video is film clips.

  • Andy Serkis BEST MoCap Actor!!!!

  • Skip to 2:43 for any opinion.

  • I propose that the Oscars include a special-recognition award for Outstanding Acting in a Motion Capture Role.

That way, until there are more motion capture performances in movies, the best actors can be honored for their excellence.

  • Motion Capture acting is still in its infancy so I doubt that it will carry a category at the Oscars any time soon. So few productions outside of the gaming industry include motion capture acting. Given that most all other categories are represented by dozens of potential candidates the nomination process would be severely limited. If the category existed today, quite possibly all the nominees would come from the same movie. Maybe a special honorable mention category?

  • Caesar, to begin with, is a wonderfully executed character, a product of special effects and a motion-capture performance by Andy Serkis, who earlier gave us Gollum in "Lord of the Rings". great man, found it on fillmsi.co.cc fully

  • Tom Felton plays a keeper in a primate facility who is deliberately cruel to his chimps, which is unlikely but serves a purpose. watching this movie again as we speak at fillmsi.co.cc

  • The chimp experts in this movie can be seen running around the Golden Gate Bridge crying out "Caesar! Caesar!" long after they should have realized Caesar has played his last pawn to K4.best movie I've ever seen. View it at fillmsi.co.cc

  • James Franco struggles with an underwritten role that shies away from philosophical and ethical questions and limits itself to plot points in basic English. best movie I've ever seen. View it at fillmsi.co.cc

  • Planet of the Apes sucks in general.

  • lol at 2:18

  • I'm so glad I watched this on the big screen, rather than downloading it and watching on an itty-bitty little monitor. I can't imagine how much detail is lost when watching a shrunk-down version.

  • Assuming that ALZ 112 works, it might be safe to test on Grandpa without running much of a risk of his pounding on people with his walker.stunts are used in perfect place in this movie. thats amazing, you can get the full length at fillmsi.co.cc now.

  • I can imagine the orangutan saying "want some pot girls?"

  • All of which is to say that the biggest disappointment of the halfhearted, digitally impersonal Rise of the Planet of the Apes, apart from how just-okay it is in almost every way, is that the grandeur is gone. I watched once in theater and 3 times online on fillmsi.co.cc but still want to watch more!

  • The central problem with Rise of the Planet of the Apes is that it feels more like a piece of something larger than a complete motion picture. It is not needed downloading this movie, it is so good streaming to see on fillmsi.co.cc!

  • But though the physical production had dated badly (apart from the ape makeup, which was still anthropomorphically cool), the film had lost none of its pop audacity, its topsy-turvy post-apocalyptic racial-allegorical pow. I watched once in theater and 3 times online on fillmsi.co.cc but still want to watch more!

  • Rise of the Planet of the Apes tells of the origins of an apocalypse. It's not really the whole story - a rushed ending telegraphs how most of humanity gets wiped out (with details presumably being fleshed out in a possible second installment). best movie ive seen, watch you too on fillmsi.co.cc

  • @imranhossainjoy

humanity is wiped out by a VIRUS not directly by apes killing us all

  • It's curious how director Rupert Wyatt gets us to care about the mostly-CGI creatures in this movie while leaving us largely unmoved by the actor-portrayed characters. Very good movie worth watching more than once at fillmsi.co.cc!

  • I salute you Ceasar!

  • In the event that it is profitable, it can provide the springboard for a new Planet of the Apes motion picture series. Very good movie worth watching more than once at fillmsi.co.cc!

  • i havn't watch this movie i wanna watch it!

  • The original Planet of the Apes does a better job with the former and Mary Shelly's Frankenstein offers a more compelling lesson in the latter.Just finally got to watch this movie online.. yea.. available fully free at the fillmsi.co.cc.

  • at 00:27 i thought he flipped him the bird

  • Thumbs up if you think Andy Serkis deserves an Oscar

The Oscars should make a category for motion capture acting

  • @dragonman14x He's win that every year.

  • @dragonman14x Yeah. they should. But there is only one that is THAT good and thats Andy. A bit unfair, still he deserves an Oscar.

    Your comment has my vote:)

  • @dragonman14x Very stupid uninteresting movie. I can't believe the hype for this crap of a movie.

  • The bit when ceaser said nooooo made me lol so hard

  • I can't watch Tom Felton in this movie and not think that he's playing Muggle Malfoy cause that's what his character is in this movie

  • Kenneth turan you are a dick wad. This movie is a pile of shit! a pile of ape shit!

  • @geamalaVide0 this is definately the movie of the summer dumb fuck

  • @ruztamz12 The hero? This 'hero' is the person that almost wiped out the human race...hero, I think not. FUCKING COMMENT BOT!

  • @zunkwind Actually it was the Humans who did that not the apes

The humans made the virus, the human that got infected during the testing was the one who infected another human (the pilot) who in turn infected the world when he entered the airport, it was not the apes.

Humanity destroyed itself and the apes just took over

  • @dragonman14x That's what I said.

  • nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • was there actually a review here at all?

  • Another problem with the movie is the origin of the apes intelligence. it's a Magical green gas/ alzeimers drug? WTF? I always thought the Apes evolved by themselves. It was never said, it was a magical potion that made them smart. This is like the HULK or a superhero movie. Hard to believe that a drug can do this to Apes. The evolution of the apes would be more realistic, on their own. Also the idea tha humans die off from a virus in a bottle has been done over and over again in resident evil.

  • @starwarsagent Maybe if you payed more attention in the movie, you would know more about the "Magical Green Gas" And how it works.

  • @44supernova Explain how it works? some looney theory abour reconencting the sypnases in the brain and rejuvinating it? lol. yeah ok. thats sci fi for sure.

  • @starwarsagent I'll admite, im not a scientist, I wouldn't know how it's supposed to work. But you left out 1 fatal flaw... its a damn movie.

  • You don't need a human to screen capture the apes. the reason they put the Andy Circus in there was to make people think it's better somehow, when in reality he's not needed at all. Why? because humans cannot act like apes or look like apes, so it defeats the whole purpose. The mouth of a human does not follow the mouth of an ape. The effects by WETA are cheap just like the ones from LOTR's. In the first scene, we see a real Chimp. After that, you can tell they are all fake.

  • @starwarsagent It better for animals if they don't get used in films, NO ANIMALS WERE HURT IN THE MAKING OF THIS MOVIE...PETA were kept happy.

  • the movie was awesome

  • the movie sucked so bad

  • @bigredmatt13 you're just a damned dirty ape.

  • @shoryuken202 lol! n1

  • @bigredmatt13 then you dont have a good taste in moves.

  • That guy sounded like he was is pain when he was talikng

  • NO!!!

  • FUCK OFF WITH YOUR SPAM!!!

  • @mckinneywds Your sister and I learned we can watch this movie in bed

  • i absolutely love this film

  • great movie, man, great movie, well executed, dramitically and effectively written, and surpisngly, very haunting. idk how, but im very glad the main focus was Caeser and his growth as a character that becomes very surperior

  • that wasn't a review, it was a preview....

  • LET GO OF MY HAND YOU DIRTY APE!

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    favorite movie ever

    btw the blonde is malfoy

  • Oh so he's used to biting off fingers

  • I'm suprised that none of you have menstioned the obvious continuity errors between the storylines of the two movies. I can understand the storylines being different, but there was no explaination as to why and therefore the movie fails in it's job to suspend disblief. Was his like a Transformers, where Michael Bay takes an already established storyline and butchers it?

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

  • This review was bullshit, didn't mentions the goods and bads, etc.

  • in my oppinion this might very well be my favorite movie of the year. the story, the animations, the acting..everything was done nicely. id rate this movie 4½ stars out of 5 ^^.

  • this is a fukin epic movie! i would definately watch it over again

  • Did anyone notice that Draco sounds a lot like Edward Norton without the British accent?

  • Fail review.

  • @17thSHIT fuck u too bro!

  • You won't get away with this Malfoy

  • NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • There's already an origin trilogy! Jeez...let it go. Stop doing these inane origin stories. How about a plain old "good story" for a change? Movie was weak. Read the original novel.

  • /watch?v=yACvmyZzyXs Is the best trailer....

  • this movie was amazing.....super sweet

  • can you please shove your review up your ass?

  • This movie im having mix feelings about. I want to watch it but then it gets me scared like what if all of this happens in real life. Im 15 and im not afraid of Freddy or Jason yet im afraid of this. I don't

  • @9608699 its just a movie. i saw it and its nothing spectacular or scary at all. its a good movie but not scary or incredible, in my opinion...

  • i had no idea their were 4 other movies(not counting the remake) how come they weret promoted im pissed i just watched rise of the apes and after i get tolled tey have 4 other moves!!! fuck this

  • @ChadTheWrestleManiac they were promoted big time when they came out. Probably a while before you were born. "Beneath the planet of the apes" was the first movie i saw in a theater when i was a child. That was the second in the series and came out in 1970.

  • great movie!

  • Holy shit how can James Franco act with that dude acting like a fucking primate in front of him

  • @fullyfunked it was better than humans in ape outfits though

  • Great movie, its amazing how the apes take on personalities of their own as the film progresses

  • I honestly liked the movie a lot, wasn't as good as I expected it to be but to me was still damn great.

  • Thumbs up if you thought the movie was over at the end so you got up then sat back down when you saw the guy at the airport

  • @interstinks100 ye lol

  • @interstinks100 YESSS lmfao

  • @interstinks100, HA,HA!! I did see that happen. But, not me! I'm always the guy that doesn't leave until after the credits have rolled, the projector goes off, and the house lights come back on. I like looking at the credits, plus, most of the audience have cleared out by then, and I can go home.

There are a lot of movies that begin the closing credits, the audience gets up to leave, and then, an extra scene of the movie plays! "Wrong Turn" (2003) does that.

  • @interstinks100 haha was you watching me when i went to see this movie

  • i want waiting for malfoy to cast a spell

  • i fucking loved this movie for sure buying it wen it comes on dvd

  • worst review ever?

  • Caesar is home.

  • @daryle041389 NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Have all movie critics really become STUPID? This movie is getting great reviews but it's a stinker, from start to finish, The 70's corny TV show is better, rent that and save yourself the cost of a ticket. Word of mouth will prove that Rise is just as terrible as Tim Burton's excuse for a film 10 years ago.

  • @joepaz61 no

  • They should have named him Mojo jojo

  • have figured out the plot of the next movie(s):

The virus, which has been passed to the airline pilot (neighbor) will contaminate people on his plane and at the airports, spreading it worldwide. This will allow the apes to control the world.

This new world will then be discovered by the astronauts who return from the Mars mission, similar to the original movies.

  • That really wasn't a review. It just gave the broadest overview of a movie I've ever seen, talks of motion capture and footage from the movie. By the way, this isn't a new approach to the story, there were already a few prequels made in the 70s.

  • Spoilers below guys O.o

  • caesar actually talked in this movie!!!!

  • no

  • Comment removed

  • @ 2:21 How the hell do you record that with out just laughing your ass off?

  • @THaTBLaCKoPSGuy1 i agree i couldnt stop laughing at that lol

  • caesar is home

  • NICE REVIEW.

  • instead of showing 3 minutes of footage; i'd like to see an actual review.

  • omg, just when i saw this trailer (the long version) i cried! its so sad :'( going to c it tomoz

  • worth every penny. Amazing movie. Great concept . Great prequel....ugh I loved it.

  • This movie gives the guys over at mufon goose bumps. I can hear them now dissecting this movie from opening to closing credits. Oh, it did not help their zest to have the lab named GENSYS. Can it be anymore obvious.

  • its the best movie dis yr next to x men! and definitely worth a second viewing! the story is predictable but thats the good part cos the script and acting shown through, there were lines and scenes which made me teary eyed! you actually feel for what ceasar is going thru and will root for him thru out and he doesnt dissapoint!! prepare for some suprises during the last 15 mins!! this is one of those moives where the movie IS a lot better than the trailer!

  • a very satisfying origin story. I could easily link the original Planet of the Apes to this prequel.
