Why do they call it "full screen" anyway? Why don't they just call it what it is..."half picture"!

I f only it was that simply, but its not. Some even say from looking at this that you still miss the picture in widescreen and some just don't give a shit. Either way I prefer the original image but I say if you enjoy the film full or wide, its up to you.

Full Frame DVD's are an insult to the filmmaker. Without the Director's consent, they crop their original framing, and add cuts to go back and forth. It's like a re-edit of the movie without any one who made it's authorization.
