so what about those starving children praying ever so genuinely but still starve to death? does god only answer certain prayers? why does he have time to get that stain out of your carpet but not help someone who truely needs him? two hands working can do more than 1000 praying.

@MarineWife3097 God is not ignoring them. He hears their prayers. But he has a plan for their life, and he answers their prays by bringing missionaries and other relief workers to help them. Yes two hands working can do a lot...but those two hands ARE the answer to those 1000 prayers. You think they go unheard and ignored, but you see God answers prayers in a ways we don't understand sometimes. Thats where faith comes in. We need to trust him to provide for us and for the starving people.
