The controls for the Navigation Rig are behind the steering wheel....but I guess its not something you would know the instant you get into the car so I won't knock Autoline.
there is another set of nav controls behind the steering wheel! and if you think about it, its safer than other cars because it allows you to keep both hands on the wheel!!

That's not stupid because you can hold the remote higher than the reg. switches on the dash...Therefore not having to take your eyes off the road that much.

I luv Volvo! So what if u have to use a remote. Either way it goes u will have 2 l@@k @ the control center if u want to press it manually. I personally dont c anything wrong with it. I prefer to have the remote n my hand, that way I can visibly see whats in front of me, then l@@king down pressing a button that obviously does not work. while in the meantime something jumps out n front of me! But I guess Volvo wants u to take your eyes off the road huh? NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
