...It seems that it has reached its point of max recovery. I tryd to lift it again and couldn't lift it straight more than 90° to instantly feel huge pain in it. Now just after doing that it hurts like I would cut it inside.
(before i could lift my leg 10cm abowe my head).
Should I stop training for so much longer or what?

I'm training tae kwon doo moves alone, and I was lifting my leg as high as possible to improve my flex as usual. But one time I didnt warm my body up and did a double high jump kick and then I've experianced extreme muscle pain (feeling like its thorn) on the back part of leg behind the knee.
It hurt a lot, so I decided to stop training with it to recover and now it seems that it just doesn't get any better...
