  • ...It seems that it has reached its point of max recovery. I tryd to lift it again and couldn't lift it straight more than 90° to instantly feel huge pain in it. Now just after doing that it hurts like I would cut it inside.

(before i could lift my leg 10cm abowe my head).

Should I stop training for so much longer or what?

Is it a chronical wound? :(

    I can't belive this! ;/

  • Always go by what your Doctor mentions and how you feel. Hope this helps! HOOAH!

  • I have one question Sgt. Ken and I hope it is ok to ask here. :/

I'm training tae kwon doo moves alone, and I was lifting my leg as high as possible to improve my flex as usual. But one time I didnt warm my body up and did a double high jump kick and then I've experianced extreme muscle pain (feeling like its thorn) on the back part of leg behind the knee.

It hurt a lot, so I decided to stop training with it to recover and now it seems that it just doesn't get any better...

  • See a trained Medical Doctor, first. I think that you pulled your Hamstring.
