@Darkness0111 no....because you hear a loud "SNAP" when it impacts. That snapping soud is incoming fire, not outgoing. The reason for it is because bullets from a rifle or machine gun travel much faster then sound, so there is a loud snapping sound from it breaking the sound barrier when it's incoming. Also, that's what a bullet impact looks like, and when he freezes the video, you can see the actual spark from it hitting the wall.
