i love your channel but your workouts always include lunges and squats which are no good for people with leg problems, so you exclude some people. i wish you would do a really good leg workout that consentrated on people who cannot do lunges and squats
Hi Sarah, I'm 14 years old and i play soccer at a very high level, and we do alot of high intensity workouts, but even though i've been doing it for so long, everytime i do squats, my inner thighs feel like they're being ripped open the next day! Do you have any suggestions of what i could do to stop getting so sore the next day?
Sarah you have great legs ... wish mine were like that...!! I have very thick legs but with out muscle ..... were your before just tick and by working them out you got all that beautiful muscle going on....lol
