this song brings back so many good times i had when i was young free and single fantastic band dont make songs like this anymore bring them back. stevea
I remember this jam from the high school dances. If you can't get at least a number from a girl with this playing, you have to take a look in the mirror; a LONG look...
I'm originally from Drew,Ms and has been living in Houston, Tx for 17yrs. When I visit frequently this is the album that I put on when I leave out of Monroe, La. i know that I have about 3hrs to go before i make it to the Delta and this album with a mixture of other jams will bring me in. I start drinking when I hit Greenville,Ms so my head can be right when I pull in the yard and start talking shit.
This takes me back to my childhood ridin in the car with my dad....I would always try to change to the rap station and he would say " You know i don't do that boody bop shit...leave my radio alone".....Now im only 26 and only listen to the "adult stations" in the car....LOL i wonder how my kids are gonna feel
S.O.S Band came to Louisville, KY this evening to perform for the Kentucky Derby Festival. Of course, I was right in the front to witness history and I must say that they were awesome!! I'm only 18 and I was able to go back down memory lane with the old school folks. It was great and I enjoyed every single moment of it. Got videos, pictures and more. Fantastic group! Plus, they're really nice people :)
why doesnt this have more views? total bullshxt! alot of people are so closed-minded and wont listen to anything outside to what their used to...which is the nonsense thats played on the radio everyday. they dont know the classic, epic, timeless, and great music like this that exists.
@jerzeeboi369 The hell with them. Let them miss out on this, more for us. I just turned 18 years old 2 days ago, and this song is perfect for the spring time. People listen to the radio bullshxt instead of the real music, but hey, you win and you lose. WE WIN!
The S.O.S band reminds me of my child hood and im only 19....thats because my mom knew whats up and played the best music so that I can have the best music taste!!!
I could cry when this comes on, but I'm a 43 year old man with a mortgage and kids bloody brilliant days, I was such a good looking bloke when this came out lol! All music today is such shite!!!
these are the sweet soft melodies of love peace and soul. The music out now is garbage ,singing about bitches and hoes and who shot this one and that one.Intruments and singing was done no auto tunes .Its sad to hear the garbage out now,so I keep nothing but the Old School in my listening.
I was born in 74' and grew up in the 80s. I would not change that experience for the fountain of youth. Oh how the times have changed. Memories baby, memories of the 80's.bring it back, the music with soul

I want give love to all the women who post in this song. You are all beautiful! This is great song and timeless classic. Fortunately for me I can discover this song through hip hop only. I hear the song from Krayzie Bone called "Weekend Buzz", which is great song in it's own right, but this song is the parent to it and all others. Great music!
my wife and I were talking and we were thinking about our first time meeting and it actually was on the weekend and she said that she was glad to have been my weekend girl for as long as we both shall live
