If Lana came back now Clark wouldn't go back to her and your delusional if you think that he would. BASED on the history of the show, CLARK CHOSE LANA over lois over and over and over again, and the last one was in BRIDE, even when he was about to kiss that thing

@Suuuuumaaa Actually, Lana was mentioned afterwards. A girl is talking about Lana to Lois, Clark over hears their conversation and sort of rolls his eyes. There's also a scene where he finds a photo of Lana and puts it away in his high school year book. When he does this there's no pain on his face, just a fond smile and that moment perfectly shows that he's moved on. Clark said to Lois in S10 "You're the one", if you want to think he was lying then go ahead but you're kidding yourself.
