  • wtf is holding that long peice that has the power lite its free at both ends ,just something holding next to the dvd drive.i see no other screws ???

  • any idea how to get under the bezel with the buttons on it that is part of the keyboard module?

  • @Themantogoto no that part is a separate part, two screws are holding it from the bottom,

  • @Themantogoto and one screw from the top if I good remember

  • You can also go to Lenovo.com and under support there are user guides and manuals to do all this stuff. It's really helpful.

  • wish id watched this before i smashed it to bits

  • cant you read buddy? its IBM not lenovo

  • @tech4156 Now the company is called Lenovo. Lenovo bought IBM's laptop making division.

  • @RemusLt I know this, lenovo bout them but thats still an IBM thinkpad laptop. The company owner makes no difference. TATA bought Jaguar and Land Rover but you dont see the car called a TATA rover or TATA xjs do you?

  • Now it is Lenovo. That time it was IBM :)

  • It's IBM T20/21/22/23. NOT Lenovo.

  • hate this gey music

  • Thank you for posting this! I wish this kind of thing existed when I last was repairing systems to let me avoid the "remove visible screws, swear when it won't open, locate hidden screws by carefully prying the case apart & hope it doesn't break" method. :o)

  • I feel like im breaking something...

  • whick ones yours t20, t21, t22, or t23 that your taking apart

  • @Brentlovetaiven T20 if I good remember. I had a bunch of T20, T21 and T22 at that time.

  • @RemusLt You need a T40 or T60

  • it would be best to take out ur batt. first tho but nice vid

  • @bongeholeboy It is not possible to remove top panel without removing the battery :)
