@Serrenatylove its only a mock crash this teaches high school kids not to drink and drive and what it would be like if they were in a real crash like this and how scary it would be. the chick slapped that guy because he was intoxicated he caused the crash. lol im not sure why they have a lime green fire truck and then a red fire truck they might be from different stations

Its interesting, every time i've done an auto extrication demo its been one of those two models of cars. rarely have i seen one in an actual scene. also notice the red cars back wheel is chocked before the scene begins

This is so awesome FD does this but I really hope this fire co doesn't act in this manner on a real scene the responding units acted very poorly here They didn't use a patient cover when using the hurst tool and when that MICU arrived access to the patient should have been ready and EMS services should have been started my the firefighters. And they were very one sided attention to only one patient at a time that's bad  And the thing that really really gets me is "C" spine wasn't even cons

they are good actors and they did a good job but maybe to show it lookin more real then it is im thinkin the fire fighters should have been a lil quicker and sped up a lil to show how it would really be like and show emotions cuz if it were real i dont think they would be walkin around the car and walking to get the stretcher for the ppl that are injured, but it was good.

I get the job of dying, and I'm gunna be put in a body sack, while my sister is going to have a "bone" sticking out of her knee, and she's gunna b life watched to a hospital. My gf is gunna be taken to an ambulance, and it'll pretty much go on from that...

We set up the scene the day before this demonstration. The vehicles are stabilized, batteries DisConnected, windows removed and any sharp edges get duct tape. So yes, we thought about it.

1. A Hershey student is only as important as their best extracurricular activity.

2. Hershey obviously puts too much funding into said activities, considering these girls apperantly aren't very good at reading.

at 1:35 police enter vehicle without gloves or turnout gear (protetive equipment).. think broken glass, needles..sharp metal.. what if passenger or driver had a contagious disease.. in Australia no one enters the car till Firies or Paramedics have declared it a safe zone.. All evidence is left as is till after patient extracted just for reasons stated.. Little unprofessional from the police in this docu-drama one reckons.

It's better when they have someone run into the classroom and say there was a car crash out front, and that there's police etc.

That's what my school did. Most people thought it was real, but all the JROTC and police academy students noticed the wrong procedures because they didn't use real police.
