You must download the new "Real Player", there's a plugin wich can make any video or song you're seeing/listening downloadable. A small window appears then over the video you're watching, you click on it an then you get it. So when have downloaded the video, you must convert it into mp3, there are a lot of programs on google.
The real player plugin doesn't work with mozilla firefox 3!!
