John says you only need guns for hunting and defense. I believe the founding fathers saw defense against a tyrannical government as the main defense needed. Further, some states such as New Hampshire also recognize sport such as target shooting as a legitimate reason for having firearms. John apparently disagrees. He has strengthened the collectivists/communists efforts to disarm this country.

"stop bringing guns" I think we need to start going the other direction. We not only need guns, but know how to use them and begin to understand what direction to point them. It's time to stop trying to rein us in. The people who own guns are the last line in the defense of your free speech. It is time to strap on the guns and get a dialogue going about the 2nd Amendement. No one has tried taking them into the meetings, and I think they should be allowed to. Our rights don't disappear in the presence of our elected officials.

Also I can't remember which state it is, It's in New England somewhere, but in its constitution it reserves the right of the people to rebel against the government if need be. I think we may be near that point. 10th Amendment anyone?
