This may be a mere coincidence but after searching celebrity birthdates I found Sir Patrick Stewart to be born on July 13, 1940. I then compared Sir Patrick's voice from current You Tube videos to that of Vanquish' and found the two very similar.

I watched the original video..with no editing yesterday morning. It's very interesting but my question is why would he whoever "he" is say specifically President Barack Obama?
