  • You are called weekly until you sign a lease. After that, phone calls aren't returned timely, if they are at all. Maintenance requests are not addressed timely - neither to fix the problem nor let you know that there will be a delay in doing so. There is no communication between staff memebers. I turned in a 60 day written notice, yet they were all surprised when I brought my keys to the office. Terrible customer service. Terrible.
