@Oceandeep8 yes, I learned they were using IP tracking too. I thought about that as I watched this vid. I assume one would have to work from different locations (ie IP addys and/or non-static ones. I'm sure by now someone's figured out how to get around the IP issue though....and then CL will do its best to create a better moustrap:P

I know how the algorithms basically work for all code and dbms's in order to insure that search results are coming up as intended. Therefore, I also already knew that images aren't seen as such, no more than objects, and not possible to determine more specifics. However, I still like your vid, as it offers that information in a way necessary to learn for putting stuff on craigslist. Very well done, and I'm putting it in my queue:)

if you click on the picture it re directs you to your photobucket account

and they are able to view all of the other pictures you have on photobucket

Your videos are awesome. I know it's been awhile but I created an ad the other day and the image based ad shrunk to a thumbnail size making it difficult to read. I hear that Craigslist will shrink your image if too big. Do you have a suggestion for remedy of this issue? Keep up the great work.

Yes this guy is mostly correct but instead of photobucket just use imageshack.us - you don't need an account with them photobucket gives you a NAME which identifies YOU, obviously if you keep uploading stuff to YOUR photobucket account and posting it all over the place OFTEN photobucket will know its you. Your hyperlink is not going to go where it's supposed to because it's an image. It will link back to the original file on Photobucket.

I have been positing sev ads on CL with dif HTML codes (photos ads wiith links). There were accepted until yesterday. After the 2nd placement a screen pops up and tells me that I cannot post more than two of the same ads each day. I was using different HTML codes with each of these as well.

Can the viewer still click on photo to get to main web site?

Thanks. You can set up more than one account if you want. I only use one. You have to get creative if your ads won't stick.
