Hokuto Shinken Perk - Requires 10 Strength and 100 Unarmed/Melee

Does the following

Speed quadruples, sprinting speed multiplied by 10x

Can move at Light speeds for 5 seconds (Recharges in 20 seconds)

Unarmed melee Speed Increased by 1000x, All attacks can be done in succession, no vats limit in melee, every successfull attack doubles the next one, 100% accuracy.

Pressure Point Attacks will OHKO enemies, regardless.

He he, I had a character who was a close combat psycho. She was a sweet little blonde in appearence but maimed and murdered using only her fists (bloody fists, naturally)! She had the ultimate in punching power and of course FISTO!! XD

I played the game without mods or cheats or anything and maxed everything into unarmed and never used a single weapon. If you abuse action points to deny its melee damage, you can literally punk behemoths to death with your bare fists and everything else in the game.

I also boosted the fuck out of my stealth which helped me sneak up on almost anyone to pummel into a pulp.

Also i carried grenades to deal with enemies that the game provides no walkway for you to reach.

Not really, the game is actually pretty easy, even with just fists. You just have to know what you're doing, and have LOTS of stimpacks.

Well the fact that it's easy actually makes it very accurate to Hokuto no Ken though the creator had to downgrade it a bit. It's a different kind of fun when you're damn near invincible. Sometimes people are in the mood for a challenge sometimes they just wanna lay waste to whatever gets in their way.

It's for hand to hand lovers, and for Sci-Fi Anime lovers as well. Now that I think about it. It's really like "s-CRY-ed"

It will let you feel like a super hero. With custom Hand to hand weapons and a chance to get bound with an ancient Cursed arm (much like how the power fist fits) but its is bound to your soul. There are still some guns that will be reconfigured and redone.

However I suck at modding Fo3 compared to Oblivion. So I might scrap it.
