I think you can take regular sliced cheese and roll it. Another option is to buy string cheese (the ones that come in those funny tube shapes) and just cut them accordingly and dip them in the batter. :)
@desigayboi make sure cheese slice is not too hard or soft .. just right at room temperature.. the u will be able to roll them .. try using cottage cheese for this.. they taste better--just slice them the way u like
