  • Looks pretty good. You did seem to have a lot of sauce for just one breast. That is, of course, a good excuse to add a few odds and ends that you happen to have available, like mushrooms of broccoli or water chestnuts.

The sauce is what really matters most, as far as the flavor.

  • @leftysergeant

    Thanks!

  • awesome!

  • @MrLorenzoism

    Thank you!

  • I cooked this today and it was a big hit in my house! Thanks for the recipe!

  • I made this last night and it so yummy! I made fried rice with mixed veggies and buttermilk biscuits. I used a little bit of Jif and Skippy PB. Only thing I didn't add was the vinegar and I was out of soy sauce minus the two in th kitchen draw from ordering take it. Either way is was good and I can't wait to make it again :-)

  • @MsTee420

  • I am definitely going to make this for dinner. I'm going to add my own little touches. Awesome job!

  • @MsTee420

I feel that is what it is all about, I give you ideas and you put your own twist on it, thank you!

  • I tried it. I did not like the vinegar or catchup taste :( And I love peanut chicken

  • @southernDJ803

I don't like all of Rachel Ray's stuff either.

You can't please everybody all the time.

  • tastes great (and easy to make)!

  • @bonferronic

    Thank you!

  • Hi! Thanks for the delicious demo. I first tried chicken with peanut sauce at a restaurant in Nova Scotia and I never forgot how amazing it was. I can't wait to make some myself. :3 I was wondering, does the vinegar affect the turn out of the recipe or just the taste?

  • @meowkie

The vinegar helps it with a slightly sour taste!

  • i made this tonight, i had to leave out the ginger but it was still good. piano in vid is a nice touch

  • @kingorbit

    Thank you Thank you.

  • I made this today...Delicious...Cornstarch wasn't necessary..Peanut butter did it all...Instead of green onions i used small sugar snap peas...

    5/5 star...

  • Wow, you have some GREAT ideas there... now I have to make it your way!

  • Nice recipe! Love the Chopin's walz in the background :o)

  • Wow, thanks!

  • I substitued molassess for honey and jelly instead of peanut butter, I would not recomend

  • thats alotta oil.

  • This looks good, I cook similar dish but with slight difference. I use red cuury paste instead of ketchup & coconut milk in the place of water.

  • Wow, your version is spicy!

    Sounds good and thank you!

  • I have always liked to cook so that makes a difference.

With age you get better and I am very old!

  • is this the thai style chicken with peanut sauce?

  • I do not consider this thai.

    Thanks for your question!

  • I just made this last night. I changed a couple of ingredients to match what I had at the house. I changed the vinegar to rice vinegar and added onions instead of green onions. I have a picture. I just don't know how to send it. Such a great recipe, the family enjoyed it!

  • in Australia jiff is a household cleaning product and in America it's peanut butter!

  • OMG really!

I can see how "Jiff" would mean cleans in a jiffy or fast!

  • And over there SCAG means heroin and Here its the #1 Commercial Lawnmower :)

  • Youtube needs to change the rating scale. After so many 5 star ratings you get a gold star! Looks inexpensive, easy, & delicious once again.

  • Thanks Torino... that means a lot to me coming from a chef like you!

  • wow this look delicious.. it sounds very similar to indonesian chicken satay, only difference is the peanut sauce is used to marinate the chicken and then the chicken is skewered and grilled. When its done, peanut sauce is drizzled on the chicken.. and eat it with rice! yummmm!

  • Sounds awesome!

  • i wish that you would put me on your current showings list. only found this recipe by accident and i like it

  • Um, I do not know what "current showings list" is?

  • Looks delish if I wasn't allergic to peanuts!

  • Yes, I know... I thought about you when making this because of that very reason.

  • Freita, you didn't make the cheesecake video. This is total bullcrap! Haha, just kidding. But when you do make it, be sure to give a shout out to me!

  • I will... I am low on money right now, and I will have to shout out to 2 other people also.

  • ww that looks good i never had peanut butter in hot cooked food:P

  • O gosh Michael... you HAVE to try it!

  • mmmmm..... that looks so good!

  • Why thank you!

  • Sweet chili sauce is really good on grilled chicken, kinda like BBQ sauce, just be sure not to burn it. Good for hot wings, too.

Also, I make something just like this, except I use chili garlic sauce, rice wine vinegar and add lime juice at the end. It's good with cilantro, too.

  • Wow, sounds excellent, I love hints and tips and IDEAS!

  • Looks wonderful hon! What a great idea!

Always a great video from you, thank you for sharing your recipes with us! :D

    Your the best!

  • amazing cooking!

  • Thank you Sir!

    Very Much!

  • mmm that looks great! kinda like a satay!

by the way, have you tried the sweet chilli sauce yet?

  • It is so simple to make.

Why yes I have tried the sweet cilii sauce; to me it is a bit strange... but very sweet to me. I just don't know what to think of it and what to do with it yet.... but don't worry, it will not go to waste.

I just cannot imagine it on potatoes or chips or frys.

    It is very interesting !

    XD

  • Great recipe -- I like how everything goes into one pan and comes out excellent. I will be making this soon!

  • Hey... you can use up your thighs too if you still have them.

    So simple and very good.

    Thank YOU!

  • How much do ur ingredients cost?

  • Gosh, I don't know.. If you had to go and by all the ingredients because you had none of them.. it would be pretty expensive... but if you have most of the spices and honey and ketchup and soy sauce... not much.

You can substitute things... like sugar for the honey, and fresh jalapeno for the chili flakes etc.

    XD

  • Lol I do have some! and I have chilli flakes from pizza hut or costco pizza LOL

  • Great Receipe! Looks really simple =D

  • Very easy... thanks Dee :)
