this game was fun and highly addictive in beta. around the time of alunch and much after though. meh.some of the new content and hackers killed it.

clans were fun to be in for this game too. hah, one guy in our clan had a hack in beta that would let him use guns that hadn't even come out yet, but did no damage. so we would fuck with the other team buy pulling out dual berettas and firing into the air just to watch them say "WTF was that? are you hacking?" after they heard this new sound.

Seriously, BF2 is being sold for less than 10€ and there are still servers alive. I am playing the Parabellum Beta and it uses the Unreal Engine 3. The "free game" is just an excuse to do things half-assed and still get profit from sub-par games

@NinjaWatzin so? gameplay is a major part of the game. if you ever get money, i would reccomend you play planetside sometime. atleast if you like games with teamplay. its the only mmofps available right now. graphics arent great as it was made in 2003, but playing with hundreds of other players in a persistant universe is just amazing.
