  • It's so weird to think how hard it must have been for him to sing this. I mean, poor Robert! He lost Karac and then Bonzo. I would have broken in to tears, but he's so strong. <3 Love you, Rob!

  • great song

  • Its amazing hearing this song live how dated the synth sound John Paul is getting. Of course this is now 30 years gone so what do I expect. The synths on the studio versio hold up to the test of time much better then the this live version. Still the performance is top notch as always with these guys. I guess the bass is being played by JPJ's feet.

  • God! Jimmy's guitar is so raw and menacingly good on this song. Sounds like bits of metal being chewed up by his Stratocaster (atleast on this one).

  • when you consider the amount of great music they made they truly are a phenom

  • This song is by far my favorite Zeppelin song. My heart truly goes out to Robert whenever i hear it, no one should ever have to expierience the loss of a child, or a childhood friend (Bonzo).

  • @LedZeppQueenBeatles Its funny I literally remember being 6 and in kinder then and being transfixed by this song back in 1979 or 1980? I wasn't an English speaker then but Led had me and their awesomeness changed me then. Such is the sheer power of Led! Today's generation has nothing and it's so fucking sad! I was blessed to have these guys at such a young age

  • God i wish bonzo never died they had so much rockin too do

  • Sounds like a farewell song to fans. Sad but strange too.

  • If you think about it , this also sounds like in a very uncanny way, a farewell song to all of the fans. . Sad. and strange too.

  • I think this is my favorite version of this song live. I love the strings (I know its a keyboard) in this, with a touch of sadness in them

  • The Drums are great, bassy & powerful ive been listening to a lot of The Who & Bonham really hits harder

  • does anyone have the setlist?

  • I adore this song!!!!!!

  • ótima versão!!!!!1

  • And twelve years later I was born.

  • Geddy?!

You mean Geddy Lee sounds like Jonesy. Zeppelin owned the world when Rush was just a squirrel trying to get a nut...

  • FLAWLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • jpj was great but couldnt hear page

  • Wow! I've been looking for this version for a long time. Thanks!

  • how good is john paul jones playing the bass with tauruus pedals with his feet and keyboards . He is like geddy insane how good he is!!

  • it is amazing. on the song remains dvd you have to listen to no quarter. if you have a sub u can hear the bass lines clearly as well as his keyboards. it has to be the best live bass and keyboard combination...amazing

  • This is a great version. But it seems that it's missing it's "back end." Kind of thin sounding.

  • Awesome!!!! Wish it would have gone on

  • amazing stuff, never heard this song as live version. thanks for sharing!
