Anyway, it was Teenage Icon that made him "famous". I entered the contest but, only made it to the second round. Cause everyone else was singing chinese songs, and I and my sis' was english. I mean, everyone knows how easier it is to sing chinese songs than english songs right? Ah wells. :(

Well I guess I have to be honest then. Nathan Hortono is definitely no way a good singer. Handsome? Average because I have many friends who are asian british and could sing heaps better than him and they are much good looking than him. Most asians have such looks anyway so it does not matter. If you notice how he sings, he is always trying to mimick other artises like Michael Buble or other international stars. I have watched him perform live jazz and it is terrible.
u think that is possible? its NDP for god's sake! and live shows are always out-of-sync on televisions. espiecally when they dont hav good qualities of crew.

He was practicing lipsyncing in school the entire week leading up to this performance lol.
But yea don't worry I have nth against him against lipsyncing because that is the nature and demands of live performances sometimes.
