Her voice at the moment is run through a filter, causing the pitch to be controlled by a keyboard. Thats how she gets those funky rolls ups and rolls downs... As well as sound like a robot. Look up Imogen Heap live. She is pretty open about it when she does it. Don't be mistaken into thinking this girl is an amazing singer. She really isn't.
