  • Del was big in the days just before British groups took over the pop scene.

He later blew his brains out.

  • Never knew this was written by Sonny! Good cover.

  • @bze2nlz1 SOUNDS MORE THAN A LITTLE LIKE LITTLE TOWN FLIRT

  • @spacepatrolman Yes you are right , the unmistakable Shannon sound." Hats off to Larry "was my favourite.

  • @068694 he ex[pained how he did the little town flirt guitar part in an interview it was really 2 guitars the secound hitting chords on upbeats 2and 4[ they call that back beat chinks] the chinks in needles and pins seem to be covered by the drums

  • @spacepatrolman I like your comments, we are never to old to learn. I was brought up during this era but there is stuff I have been listening to that I have never heard. Just watched The Searchers singing Sea Of The Heartbreak(and your comments!) never heard this before, great version but Gibson was the man. I love all this old stuff.

  • @068694 There is a record roy orbison sings don gibson whats going on in here is you can hear records you would have never heard unless you grew up in england records you would have never heard unless you grew up in harlem records you would have never heard unless you grew up in california...
