I have lived/worked/ holidayed in the Solomons. It is a fantastic place and by and large quite safe.

The people are lovely except it is a bit hard to cope with bloody looking mouths from chewing beetle nut.

No place I feel is really better than another altho Gizo is a wonderful little place and the views from on the hills are fantastic.

Close by is Kennedy Island, a short canoe ride from the town which is a tiny island where JFK swam to when the PT 109 was rammed and sunk.

There are so many beautiful pic.. Solomons is paradise and alot of untouched areas everywhere. It is a pity that we only hear the bad things about this country. Thanks for giving people a different view of this beautiful place.

Come to Chile, and people here will your belongs even the shoes on your feet, they gonna do it even in bright day light Lol

anyway I personally belief that not all solomon islanders do that there are some good people too.
