Stop eating the american diet which is full of salt and processed sugar , and eat a whole food ,organic diet like people did 100 years ago when there was no such thing as kidney failure or cancer. Why do you think grandparents are healthier than their grand children? Because they grew up on breast milk and eating off the land , not sodas , candy , and meat full of hormones and antibiotics.
