  • Youtube's TheeGameDude is from Syracuse.

  • Two things I wanted to mention: Some of the areas explored in this video are "off limits," in the sense that they are not part of the public area of the park. Clark Reservation does expand beyond this public area, but the park police do patrol some of these "off limits" areas because a) they can be EXTREMELY dangerous, and b) venturing off-trail can put an extremely rare fern, the American Hart's-Tongue, in danger. The American variety of Hart's-Tongue is endangered and protected.

  • Second thing I wanted to mention: In the beginning of the video, someone said something to the effect of "she bought this government property and put up these huge gardens..." If you are talking about Mary Clark Thompson, she purchased the land after the resort was built (which is the foundation you see from the Cliff Trail at the beginning) and donated the land to the New York Museum, to protect it from being quarried. Clark Reservation became a state park in 1926.

  • Nice video. I was just there and did a jog around the park. Blindly, I discovered the 481 Cliffs and the quarry... that was a surprise. I did not see that cave, where abouts is it? My vid: watch?v=cJZti-gvtpU
