@tiasingh Bruce Lipton and Rob Williams both said selftesting does NOT WORK - they would always ask somebody to test themselves. You are fooling yourself by cheating, opening the fingers to support your beliefs of Yes and NO. Explain to me what purpose whatsoever do you expect from doing so ? Get a real Psych-K trained person to test/reprogramm you.

this is utter nonsense i've tried this on a dozen people.if your brain command is don't open your fingers then they don't open no matter what you ask your self.two different parts of the brain

@dozo1720 YOu ARE PERFECTLY RIGHT :D They do some selfinduced placebos wich results to nothing. No real resluts no real change..you need someone skillful else to perform this on you and really distract , captivate your mnd - then it will work...

I have been using this professionally for more than 15 years. It never fails. I am much more effective in my therapies because I don't have to figure out what needs doing, I just simply test it out. It always works. Everybody should learn this, it makes you so much more aware of things. However, when testing yourself you must also use your common sense and be aware of what you test. You can't just test everything (like the winning lottery numbers) Also it's good to learn to use your intuition.

This did not work for me. I'm very familiar with muscle testing ( Kinesiology) as many alternative health practitioners have employed these techniques on me. But I wonder why when I employed them on myself using both my real name and another name there was no difference? I was able to hold my linked thumbs and fingers together and the chain was not broken. I'm very serious. What is going on here?

@ahBadman For everyone who says it doesn't work, there are people who say it does. Feel free to think what you want to but say that it doesn't work for YOU, don't assume that it doesn't work for anyone cos that's rather presumptious wouldn't you say?

I do agree that it's easier and probably more effective to have someone test you than doing it yourself. I was merely demonstrating the self muscle testing procedure here so people would know how to do it, not making claims of any sort. Cheers!
