Its camera editing. after she cuts the bills look carefully at the woman;s hand. Looks funny a bit like she moves a bit too quick? its because they cut. Also why do u think they never show the mans face or the womans face while theyre talking. Its because it will be a dead give away if they cut the scene in the middle. you can also focus on the jacket or even the arms very carefully and see them skip a bit. :) they's sneaky bastards :/
