He's referring to the fact that Native Americans (or any natives/aboriginals of any country) would have been used to sleeping outside in forests with creepy sounds like in the video. Saying that Native Americans had big or "real balls" (referring to a man's testicles...) basically just is slang for someone having courage/being manly. And he meant to use the phrase "back in the day," which is slang for "a long time ago." He just can't spell. :) Hope that helps!
