Aluminum is not enough to make thermite. You need about twice as much iron oxide as aluminum and you need both in powdered form.

There was black smoke, which means that the fire didn't have enough oxygen to burn fully. Even with "bellows", hydrocarbon fuels like jetfuel will never burn at these temperatures, you need to use a blast furnace. Blast furnaces are based on high pressurising, and that is not possible under these conditions. The windows would have blown out long before this pressure would've been acchieved and you need a completely sealed space to get pressurisation. Sorry to bring it, but your theory is wrong.

It is possible then that a thermitious type reaction could be responsible for ultimately causing the structural failure of the WTC towers, however, there is no way that a) the terrorists could have known this might occur and planned on this occuring, and b) it is rediculous to think that the terrorists actually brought these chemicals on board the aircraft hoping to cause this reaction.
