I dont believe it. Does anyone kill RAAM properly on insane, or do u have to cheat. Seriously. Thats pathetic. I'm proud to say i killed him the proper way on insane, which DIDNT invole getting him stuck into a wall. Its called sniper and lancer people. For the love of god, can someone PLEASE post a video of killing him properly. Enough wall glitches please.

But yeah, I didn't see that it was 11 months old. Anyway, I'm just saying "cheating" on single player campaign shouldn't be that big of a deal.

About 15 mins ago I went dancing around my room like I was mentally challenged (perhaps I am). The reason for this "INSANE" dancing???...... After the 100 attempt (probably 57th) I finally nailed RaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaM :D

I came back to this game nearly 4 years after it first got released. Back then I couldn't even complete Act I on insane let alone General Raam! Since then I have completed the Call of duty's on veteran and the Halo's on legendary so I thought it only right that Gears needed to be completed!

Even though Gears plays completely different to CoD and Halo, playing these games on the hardest difficulty has taugh me three vital things (i) Preserve your ammo (ii) Take cover (iii) Aim for the head.

You little legend. Blind Shooting! I had no idea that would work. Did you charge the Torque Bow during that time?

Shoot the Torque Bow (don't charge it remember). Change to Lancer before the bow starts to charge (remember this) and try hit to RAAM's head, charge the lancer. Change to the Torque Bow, charge it and shoot, repeat until his death.

thx. This technique worked for me on insane, only i shot the bow & grenades at the ground, just to the right of Raam's feet, but behind the block. Worked wonders!
