Other than new mufflers and full exhaust system, you need a new cam. Probably custom grind since there aren't that many for the V6 S197 body style. I have an 07 V6 as well and have been looking for some. I'm probably going to get mine from Super Six Motorsports. Check out their site.

I'm hoping I can achieve that goal trough a series of mods like intake, exhaust, chip.. turbo/supercharger is going to be the last thing I do as of now, since that's the most expensive part.. but how close do you think I'll get to 250 without a power adder?

Stock with a 5pseed your car puts out around 130rwhp assuming that your motor is in perfect shape. Without forced induction you won't get even close to 250rwhp. The cheapest way for you to hit that number is to do the splitport swap and then go with forced induction. Also, don't do a "chip" from online but go to a local reputable tuner and have them tune the car.
