Hey ^^ it's great to learn these songs from Jimi. But I would to know what amp you use and what effect pedal you use to have this song ? because I play many song of jimi and I haven't this song :/ Need your help please.
and I hope that you can post more video beacause it's just amazing, thank's
i few of the riffs and licks you played i recognised from the live version of metalica nothing else matters were they play a different intro thanks for this lesson helped in loads of ways cheers
@papastache102 I've asked countless times if you had a youtube channel on Marty Schwartz videos and only today did I fing it.Am I a happy chap.Cant wait to learn a lot from you. Many thanks for what you've already taught me.
That's a great tutorial on how to play Hendrix. Attempting to play these songs note for note is largely a waste of time and, frankly, not to way to develop as a player. Getting the essence of great players and incorporating that into your own style is the way to go. Thanks, man!
thanks a lot man.... One of the best Hey Joe lesson. I can't stop playing and messing around with the chords and Hendrix rhythm style playing.... What distortion pedal you use???
Good stuff! Nice little licks and tricks. It makes the track a little more funny. I play guitar a 3/4 year and this song is one of my first tracks to learn. I like to play it on my les paul a little like zz top ;-)
Thank you!
P.S.: Sorry for my bad english, but this is the last, i have learned in school. Greetings from Germany! :-D
any one can play a basic structure of a hendrix song but to make your playing sound like hendriix you require a X factor and you my frnd have that x factor thanks for making the lesson
I've been looking for a vid for a student that demonstrates all the different ways of playing the progression, varying ways of hitting chords for different tonal flavours and all that as well as including that chromatic clime section that really makes the song. This is the best one out there! Thank You!
That was one wicked lesson! You made it so clear and easy to follow. Always loved the song and cant wait to get into those embellishments on the chord changes, wicked stuff! Keep them coming. Thanks again
@markypants5 Sweet I already have that album. I am not to good with song titles, even with my favorite bands. That is a great album. I will look up the song. Thanks again for watching.
One of the best on you tude, I think!

Bleeding Heart was written by Elmore James. Jimi Hendrix covered it on his "Blues" album. Hear my train coming , mannish boy, and red house.
