I've got both Digitech's Grunge and Death Metal pedals. I've compared them and discovered that they have pretty similar sound, but the mid knob in DM makes it sound fatter. Today I've removed the pedal to get to the battery and looked through the switch hole. I saw the word "GRUNGE" on the DM's PCB! Even the serial number is the same! Shit, the DM is the same thing as GRUNGE but it has the mid knob added! Whatta hell?!
