Yes. Ephedra weight loss pills work even if you don't exercise. Your results will be better if you do exercise, but ephedra works independently. Some people lose a lot of weight with ephedra while others don't or just don't like it.

they cannot make ephedra anymore but they can still sell the left over stock. and yes this stuff works. and if it dosent give u the results u want i will guarantee u it will def keep u from gaining weight. i ran out and had to resort to hydroxycut till i got somemore and hydroxycut gave me awful stomach pains and real bad shits. ephedra gave me a boost in positive mood and the only time i got jitters was when i was trying to fall asleep after taking ephedra.

i agree I lost 30 pounds in a month I looked and felt great I have slight asthma and it realy helped me become fit i troulbe runnong 2 miles after i could run 5 no problem the FDA blows big dirty chunks

it's ironic, isn't it? i grew up in a place where ephedra plants grow like weeds... in southern california...  are we, as a society, so used to industrially produced products, that we overlook the fact that many of these plants are simply part of our NATURAL environments... insanity...

Over here in Australia Ephedra/ma huang is banned and it sucks cause ephedrine works for cutting up real well. I cant get any more ephedrine and Im suffering

Because Ephedra worked they pulled it from the shelf. They just use Meth as an excuse to keep people away from it. The media is owned and controlled by four major corporations that have been feeding the public crap.

Ephedrine is approved as a drug by the FDA for human consumption, but because it is a precursor for several scheduled drugs (methamphetamine & methcathinone), it is highly regulated. Possession of Ephedrine is legal, but sales of large quantities are monitored and many states heavily regulate the forms and methods in which it is sold.

The FDA banned the sale of ephedrine in over the counter dietary supplements in early 2004

i have been trying to loose weight for years. i was given ephr as a xmas present last year and lost stones in no time. thank god for this wonder drug. and i aint used it since may and my weight remains the same.. these companies are jealous i think cus they want to sell shit that dont work
