I don't understand how guys like Jay and Phil don't workout so intense at all when compared to Kai. Phil goes alone to the gym, he trains and he's outta there in no time, and you should see the amount of time Phil spends on Call of Duty and Twitter.... but yet he's the best bodybuilder we've ever seen. And look at what Kai does.... it's just so odd how it all works. I guess this really is a genetics sport.

Bodybuilding requires effort, and Phil/Jay won because they are rich, they have better conditions to train.

Kai learned everything by himself, he have no cash at all to spend on some stuff that could give him the support to continue rising in body size.

Kai is the best bodybuilder now, and that's it.

You can take steroids and it won't do anything for you unless you work out super hard and push yourself to the limit.
