According to my approximations, the train takes 19 seconds to do a full circle. There are 3,300 seconds in 56 minutes. 3,300 divided by 19 gives you the number of times the train went around. Basically if you were to sit and watch the whole thing, you would see the train go around approximately, 174 times.
