In fact even if it was tutorial on asterisk it's impossible to see anything you type (or copy/paste). Use zoom, or check if your screencast app has option to focus on single window.

"sudo yum install kernel-devel-`uname -r`"

one thing I would add if possible would be the addition of the FreePBX interface that helps you manage Asterisk much easier.

@srki80 use 720p HD option and make fullscreen the commands are visible.
