Didnt realize frostbite caused huge blisters to form. I wouldnt tear that dead skin off right away like that. When I get a blister I drain it then leave the skin so the new skin underneath has a chance to dry and harden. I usually only get blisters on my feet though and walking around hurts if you tear off the dead skin.

Agreed. unless the pus is turning yellow don't pop anything for awhile. I have had localized blisters like this. I wait a day and try to pop them in a way to keep the outer layer of skin intact untill the skin below heals a bit more.

@sthix12345 this only happens if you are outside for an extreme period of time without wearing any gloves or something. If you just fall in snow then it probably wont happen unless you go snow mobiling for several hours without paying attention to yourself.

@x0ticShwty can be black if its very severe frost bite in which case theres a good chance you will lose your fingers. This guys fingers could be black later on though as well and still have to have them removed but I think this guys fingers were saved. I dont think they were quite as bad as they could be.
