@MrSaberq Nadal always insults Davydenko or Melczar etc. When lost, make an excuse. " I'm injury. I'm sick. I'm tired." again. again. arrogant manner . always Exaggerated appeal. always Overaction to mad. always shouted . always fake of time out. always stupid take time. etc. arrogant unsportsmanlike pig.
most in regards to him, are his grit and passion for the sport IMO.. Both of these qualities are unwavering.
When Rafa finally does retire, I will think of him along these terms, more so than his Grand Slam total. His approach to the game is what impresses me the most.
I've always been more of a Federer fan myself, but how can you not smile when you see Rafa interviewed. He's so humble and gracious. You can't help but root for the guy, on account of his personality, if nothing else. He's a great ambassador for the sport.
There maybe guys on tour who are better athletes naturally, or who have better tennis technique, but none of them compete harder, point in, and pont out, then Rafael Nadal. He's the consummate competitor.
@Rafathaman94 i'm mainly jealous b/c i believe rafa is going all the way to finals this year, i really do. i'm crossing my fingers for a fed/nadal final. they make everything soooo freakin epic.
@Rafathaman94 you got tickets to the finals?!?!? i'm so jealous. i was able to get 2 tickets. one for the opening ceremonies and the other for the first wednesday. hopefully i'll see rafa on one of those occassions.
@Vamosnadal123 I think if Rafa stays healthy and doesn't have too many injuries then I like you think he is more than able to surpass Federer's 16 - his passion and love for the sport is something I love watching him playing for and also the fact he's stayed so humble and gracious throughout his career!
@pps1fan I know bet Federer has the lead as of. At the beginning of Federer's career nobody could stop him after that first Wimbledon. Rafael Nadal has Roger Federer standing in his way.
@BJ1008 I still think that Rafael Nadal is going to have a great 2011, think he has a great chance of winning all the Slams as long as he remains fit, healthy and mentally tough there's no reason why he can't do it! Would be an incredible achievement at such a young age too! VAMOS RAFA :D
I think he can do it. He won the olympics 2008 and was probably a little tired at the Open after such an amazing season. This year no olympics but maybe a US Open trophy in his hands...
@3DGNumberOneFan federer aint down budddy he just went to ethiopia and came bak with a lung infection since then he hasent been playin gud,he cudent breath properly and plus he won da ao open this year he will be bak u watch
I hope so he comes back. It's not as much fun watching Rafa kill Soderling and Berdych. Those five sets spectaculars between Nadal and Federer were just fascinating!!! I hope Fed comes back but only so he makes it to finals not wins :D...
P.S. Since Federer is 3 now there is no telling if he'll be on Nadal's draw or not.
Nadal is a better person than Roger Federer..........
