@PaijePeace There are just too many really ugly and sick, and then there are often these girls who end up killing themselves to become thin which is unnatural to them and end up on ER. I have one in the family-never became a model although tall enough she was athletic, now she is skin and bones and ready for mental institution. She, of course works in fashion and cries every day because people are "fake and mean" as she says. At least 50% of girls who are trying are hungry. Natural are rare.

Why do the models always look so angry or depressed. Fashion shows are about showing off what is new and artistic in the fashion world, and if they don't look like they are happy to be wearing the outfit then that kinda confuses me...I dunno if it confuses others also but it definitely confuses me...

They're cocktail dresses and evening dresses and gowns -- so yeah, they're not to be worn everyday. Other designers make ready-to-wear casual dresses as well. It depends on the designer and what kind of clothing he designs. Some designers design gowns, some casual wear, some haute couture. Not everyone makes everyday wear and not every fashion show has an everyday wear in the collection.

If you can't understand why Fashion Week, especially in one of the major fashion capitals of the world, is such a crazy week....then you don't know the tip of the iceburg when it comes to that industry.

Fashion Week is supposed to be fun, challenging, and a work of art. You're at liberty to not like the fashions, everyone has their choice. However you can't appreciate the work it takes to get it all together if you always look down on fashion as a vapid thing.
