Thanks so much for taking your time on this. The other tutorials seem to jump around very fast and the presenters obviously have no idea on how to instruct.

@remled09 that's kind of you to say. What I have tried to do is to make video lessons for my students. The method of creating PowerPoint presentations has worked with classes over the years.

get a video editing programme. Ulead Video Studio is one but I wouldnt necessarily recommend it.

@619gayboy when i have used editing programs before you load up a chunk and just cut it as appropraite. Without having an actual prog in front of me it is more difficult to describe but that is the idea.
