Everyone knows 'speed' kills, regardless of Mayweather not having insane punching power, what he has got in power is multiplied by the speed that he's delivering his blows. Walking onto a fast hook or straight from Mayweather will buckle most knees in my honest opinion, especially if you don't see it coming. Hoya does have an exceptional jaw and it helped. Hatton just fights with his face and walked onto clean shots, can't do that vs Mayweather, he'll pick you apart and land at will.

Everyone knows 'speed' kills, regardless of Mayweather not having insane punching power, what he has got in power is multiplied by the speed that he's delivering his blows. Walking onto a fast hook or straight from Mayweather will buckle most knees in my honest opinion, especially if you don't see it coming. Hoya does have an exceptional jaw and it helped. Hatton just fights with his face and walked onto clean shots, can't do that vs Mayweather, he'll pick you apart and land at will.

Cautious also I think is misinterpreted as being smart, he fights a smart defensive and counter-punching fight vs most people, and when he wants to he can open up with insane flurries and catch you off guard (alla Ali vs Foreman off the ropes, unexpected.) - We need Mayweather vs Pacquiao for an all time classic for our modern era of boxing. I'm aware of something called "urine therapy" and it being common in some countries, however the benefits are not really determined there are some benefits but theres also side effects ranging from diarrhea to pains in parts of the body especially the kidney/lower back and maybe major ones depending on the person its something your body has decided is excess so i really don't know why a world class athlete would take it. unless its been advised by a unconventional Doc or its just a superstition

Nigel Benn had bags of heart and would keep on rumbling until you nailed him to the floor but he was chinny, not Amir Khan chinny but still didnt hold the greatest shot.

This tourney forces him to stay in the gym and doesn't have to even think about the demons on staying focused which has plagued his career. At 1st i though JMM was gonna give floyd the toughest fight of his career. But as of late I'm thinking that the diff is floyd's pedigree. I think that JMM is gonna try to force FM to fight but floyd is gonna be able to adapt & will cause JMM to expose himself more & more in order to score. Floyd will exploit those openings. Completely agree Jafar, Marquez needs agressive guys who like to trade in order to succeed, hence him being a great counter-puncher altho an agressive one. Floyd wont be counterpunched by ne one specially not someone smaller n slower and even if Floyd gets suckered into fighting he still has the advantage...Floyd was forced into toe to toe exchanges with Castillo when he was younger n outweighed by 10 lbs n he held his own fighting Castillo's fight, Marquez cant even outslug Floyd imo

ps. that first Castillo fight may have been the closest he came to losing but the preformance was very impressive, he showed he can box backwards, stand and counter, stick n move, and when he had to stood toe to toe and traded with success against Castillo, hard to see how ne one smaller than Floyd (including Manny) could deal with all that versatility

the thing with Cotto is when he go backwards its more out of survival then combat effectiveness when hes going forward he's too methodical. You can just see him all cut up trapped in the corner eatin leather then just as manny finish and is gone Cotto swingin left hooks that look so slow and so far in comin notradamus predicted it lol its a Roy/JT situation where on paper it looks competitive but turns out to be one of the most onesided "competitive" fights. Barney - I was interested in it strictly to scope out some of the younger talent. But Danny Boy Hughes, Coleman Barrett, Scott Belshaw etc lol...I just don't see how Williams doesn't take it and possibly all by ko. Don't think Audley or Sprott have much left at this stage for a 12 round affair. Trane, yes it was the first fight, but he had a cronic problem all his career which hammered his performances cause he was a one handed fighter when his best was the one he couldnt use.
