Corvette has 505 HP or more and 1400 kilograms.Fiesta has 120 HP (probably) and i dont know its weight.The Vette is heavier and more powerful.So,Fiesta has better drive in the mall.That's it.

I don't hate European cars, I prefer them to most American sports cars, in fact the only American sports car I could really say I prefer over anything European in the Viper. the fiesta has less power and a smaller turning circle. a corvette is not a racecar and not that manuverable. it's only good for straight speed (not that there is anything wrong with that outside of a shopping center).

i agree. if you drive it correctly, you could catch him any time you wanted. 120 hp in the fiesta, 430 in the C6 vette. its a no brainer. even tho the vette is on leaf springs, it can handle better than that.

Think about everything against the Fiesta: NOTHING. 120hp on a marble floor would be like driving one of the those motor shooters they have around the mall. Vette Has way more HP creating major oversteer in such a small space, the driver was forced to over correct and causing the mistakes it made. HP and Weight distrubtion think about it. Fiesta>Vette in the Mall that is.

On tarmac the vette would have a better chance, but on polished marble?

true. if the driver of the vette, however, would have been more cautious (for lack of better word), by doing things like NOT holding the engine at such a high rev because thats where all the torque and horsepower comes out. If he kept it lower, he would still have enough hp to keep up with the fiesta, and he wouldnt have hit as many things. the excess wheel spin and oversteer came from the carelessness regarding his surroundings.
