it about a group of kid all coming from different clicks within high school such as the 'geek, princess aka popular cheerleader, jock, outcast and so on' and they all get a Saturday detention for different reason and because of the different clicks they belong to they never spoke but spending a whole 8hours together allows them to share their stories with each and understand each for who they are and not at the 'geek' it a really great movie to watch

I agree with MsDb1200! St. Elmo's Fire was so good! :D And i noticed a lot of actors from that movie bunched together in other movies. Like in the Breakfast Club, Class, and the Outsiders. I LOVE Mean Girls and the Hot Chick, they're some of my favorite movies, and I think you forgot to mention Dirty Dancing! Maybe Grease too. Dirty dancing was so incredibly amazing that it's hard to describe!

I was born in 94 and my favorite movies are 80s and 90s films. Movies from back then are so much better than the crappy teen movies they put out today. All my friends are always making fun of my love for old movies.
