  • (con't). i may be imagining that I am a loving person (or have that capacity), but I am and always have been unloved. This strains having courage and the ability to refrain from self-destruction. What should I read, what should I do? I will try my best to take a writing class (trying to write a novel), but the apparent aura of negativity surrounding me and my fear of others may make this too frightening. I also love dogs, so I am going to try to convince myself to volunteer at the human society.

  • Your Beyond Blue/ Beliefnet messages are truly inspirational, and quite often you put those of us suffering from mood disorders in a safer place. But I often feel there is a group of us you may have forgotten about: those with no friends (plus a lifelong inability to make social and supportive connections, due in part to intense agorophobia and fear/anxiety), no family support (shame and intense misunderstanding). You have a devoted husband, children and many other friends. (continued)...

  • You are wondeful and I think what you share is precious. It helps me so very much.

  • This almost made me cry in its honesty

  • Your Gift is helping people!

Some times, not all times, we can just sort of DECIDE to behave joyfully (as much as we can muster) and the behavior can sometimes effect the mood.

Getting out in to nature is the BEST...

Take off your shoes on a cool spring day, with sun and birds doin their thing. Sit with your back against a tree and wriggle your toes deep down into the soil...Sing...Hummm...BREATHE....Feel that...

    SHINE ON!
