@BLBSLBPB drawing hair IS hard. he uses an eraser for highlights, thats much easyer than use nothing but pencils! but its still a good way and of course a "fast" way to draw hair! =)

you know what i don't get? Why people make art so hard and mathmatical. Art should be natural and based on your talent. Not the tools you use. You either have artistic talent or you don't! I'm not as fortunate to be able to have all those artistic tools but i can do that with just paper and a number two pencil, from my mind! and I don't worry about the different types of shading; It's just shading. art should be natural; that's my opinion.

Art should be natrual and i use a #2 pencil when drawing also.I think people make art mathmatical because they care more about being precice with out really having talent and in my opinion trying to draw mathmatical is no fun but i dont think theres any thing wrong with using the blending tools depending on your reason using it

I've watched several videos, different techniques, and trust me you can watch any video you want this is talent. Sketching to high degree is a talent and cannot be taught. We can all learn to draw, observe, , detail, practice makes perfect but i know that its nearly impossible to be taught to draw like this or sketch to the highest level. If you want to paint then yeah everyone needs practice.but pencil drawing is a talent.
